School started on Wednesday and its been very tiring, have to get use to it .. I suppose.
I plan on being a good student, but it's so hard and all those books cost so much money
..
This is from the money my mom gave me to buy books for just one class and I have $3 left over from that .. but count it, $200 for one clas ... I have 5 classes!
New vs old
My school uses a PRS system for big lectures so professors can take attendance, take surveys, asks students questions, and give quizes .. just by student pressing a few buttons. The old system we used (the smaller remote), used an infared port system and brand new one (the long shiny thing) will use radio waves. Either way, so stupid.
V-O-T-E
Remember to register to vote in time for the November 7th elections! .. It was fun chasing people around in campus center asking students to register and pledge to vote. My year away from MASSPIRG gave me a lot of eneergy to chase people down!
